When will I receive my order?
If you chose same day delivery - after payment you will receive a separate email with the pick up details
If you chose standard delivery - you should receive your order in 1-3 days for metro manila / 1-7 days for provincial
Please note that orders for pre-order will ship out after the 1-3 week lead time

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a separate email with the tracking link
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
We allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item, as long as it’s in good condition — unworn, unwashed, and with no stains or damage. Shipping fees for exchanges will be shouldered by the buyer. Items with manufacturing defects are also eligible for exchange.
How should I care for my garments?
Our pieces are made from 100% natural fibers. We recommend hand washing or machine washing on a cold, delicate cycle using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and tumble drying. Line dry or lay flat in the shade, and steam or iron on the lowest setting on the reverse side to remove wrinkles.
